All orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched the following business day.

Dispatch and Processing

You complete your order through our secure checkout. Payment is confirmed via bank transfer or cryptocurrency.

Once payment is confirmed, your order moves to our fulfilment queue. Bank transfers are typically verified within 1-2 hours during business hours. Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed after the required network confirmations.

Packed and Dispatched
Your order is carefully packed in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding. A Royal Mail tracking number is generated and sent to your email.

Delivered
Royal Mail delivers your package. You can track your delivery in real time using the tracking number provided. Most UK mainland orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The exterior of the package contains no product names, brand logos, or any indication of the contents. The sender name on the label does not reference Rohm Labs or any related terms. Your privacy is maintained at every stage of the delivery process.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping to the USA, Europe, and other regions is not available at this time. Our UK-only dispatch model allows us to maintain fast delivery times and eliminates the risks of customs seizure or international shipping delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check your Royal Mail tracking first. If the tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, or if the package arrives damaged, contact our support team at support@rohmmedlabs.co.uk within 48 hours. We will investigate with Royal Mail and work to resolve the issue.
